Eligibility
- Users must be 16 years or older.
- No parental consent exceptions are offered.
- Accounts that violate age requirements may be suspended or removed.
Accounts & Conduct
- One account per user.
- No impersonation, abuse, harassment, or deceptive behavior.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must follow the Community Guidelines.
Acceptable Use
- No illegal activity.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, or doxxing.
- No explicit sexual content.
- No uploading content you do not own or do not have permission to use.
- No images of minors or content involving minors.
- No manipulation, scraping, spam, scams, or unauthorized automation.
- No behavior that interferes with the safety, integrity, or operation of the app.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload to the app.
By submitting content, you grant Peep These Feet and Sofeel Interactive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, moderate, and provide the service.
This license includes using your content inside the app, in feeds, profiles, challenges, moderation workflows, support workflows, and reasonable promotional materials for the service.
You represent that you own the content you submit or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit it and grant this license.
You are solely responsible for content you upload, share, message, or otherwise make available through the app.
You must not upload content involving minors, explicit sexual content, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights, privacy, or publicity.
If you delete content or your account, we will stop displaying that content in the normal course of the service, but we may retain limited copies or records as reasonably necessary for backups, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, moderation history, and records of platform operations.
If content was reported before account deletion, we may temporarily retain that content in a restricted admin-only moderation queue before purge.
Social Features & Interactions
Peep These Feet includes social and community features such as profiles, comments, reactions, messages, ratings, and challenges.
User interactions are conducted at users’ own discretion and risk.
We encourage respectful behavior and provide moderation, reporting, blocking, and safety tools, but we are not responsible for the conduct, behavior, opinions, or content of users.
Rewards, Cosmetics & Gameplay Features
The app may include rewards, cosmetics, badges, frames, gameplay systems, participation systems, challenges, and other virtual features.
These items have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may change, expire, or be removed at any time.
Use of these systems does not create ownership rights outside the app.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue gameplay systems or reward systems at our discretion.
Moderation
We may review, remove, restrict, report, retain for investigation, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts with or without notice where reasonably necessary for platform integrity, safety, moderation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Reported content may be temporarily retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for safety review, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
We may also restrict access to specific features where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, or service integrity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peep These Feet and Sofeel Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or user-generated content.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount paid by you to the service in the previous 12 months.
Governing Law
North Carolina law applies, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
